At Prophetic Apparel 4U, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and replacements.

Returns

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.

Important: This address is to be used for product returns only. Please do not send any other correspondence to this location.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any items that have been worn.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to determine eligibility for a refund.

Refunds (No Exchanges Policy)

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or a different item:

  1. Return your original item following the policy above

  2. Once approved, we will issue a refund

  3. You may then place a new order for the desired item

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Prophetic Apparel 4U does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please email our customer support team with:

    • A clear explanation of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once verified, we will

  • Send you a replacement item at no cost

  • You will not be required to return the item
